It is also supposed to make more efficient use of power to prolong laptop battery life and of system memory bandwidth. It is designed to run numerous applications at once without harming performance. The P8000 series of processors have the same technology as the higher-ranked P9000 processors, only due to overall speed and L2 cache quantity.
