The CPU is manufactured on a 45nm die and contains 2 processor cores. Designed to be more efficient than Intel's previous generation of dual-cores, it has a Thermal Design Power of 65W. This processor is nearly identical to the E8200 but the E8190 lacks the two key features, Intel Virtualization Technology, and Intel Trusted Execution Technology.
