Product Shot 1The Intel Celeron 430 is a 65nm, ‘Conroe-L’ core CPU based on the Intel Core 2 Duo microarchitecture, but with just one core instead of two. It is an immediate successor to the ‘Cedar Mill-512’ series.

Launched on June 5th, 2007, it boasts an increased FSB (from 533MHz to 800MHz) and a lower TDP (65W to 35W), while maintaining its predecessors’ lack of support for Intel VT or SpeedStep. The Celeron 430 does include Intel EM64T, Enhanced Halt State (C1E), Execute Disable Bit, and Intel Thermal Monitor 2. As for its processing power, the Celeron 430 only sports up a 1.80GHz clock speed. The Intel Celeron 430 retails for $45.00 and comes with a 3 year limited warranty.
