Product Shot 1The Turion series of notebook processors from AMD all contain a 32 bit operating mode and 64 bit operating mode. The AMD Turion X2 ZM-82 falls in the middle of the Turion line as it has a mid-range core speed of 2200MHz.

It uses 35 Watts which is the same as the other mid-high end members of the Turion family. The Turion line offers true multi-core technology and enhanced AMD powernow technology for greater bandwidth and longer lasting battery life. Also, they have enhanced virus protection to keep your notebook safe and hypertransport 3.0 technology developed to increase communication speed between integrated circuits. The Turion line of notebook processors allows the consumer to choose from a low to high price range based on budget and use.
