AMD released this microprocessor in Q2 2007 with its introduction of 65 nm technology in its Mobile Sempron processor series.  The Sempron Mobile 4000+ features all of the characteristics of the Sempron Mobile 3800+ processor with the addition of and enhanced L2 cache at 512 KB. Currently the Sempron Mobile 4000+ is only available for OEM sales and not for direct consumer purchase.
