AMD has released three different single-core microprocessors with the Sempron Mobile 3600+ label, this latest coming in Q2 2007. This third generation of the Sempron Mobile 3600+ is identical to the second generation processor of the same designation with the exception that is uses newer 65 nm technology and features the newer "Sherman" core. The first Sempron Mobile 3600+ became available in 2006, used older 90 nm technology, featured a slightly higher clock speed at 2.2 GHz and suffered from a lower L2 cache size (128 KB) and much higher TDP rating of 62 W.
